- I know what it's like to lose someone I love and only have photos left. So I aim to capture every moment possible with the people you love most. Those hugs that are important to you, are important to me.
-I hate when people feel uncomfy. I'm here to help you relax and focus on actually enjoying your day while I document your real smiles. No "in your face" approach here.
- After photographing so many weddings and elopements, I know exactly how to remove stress for you on the big day, and I'm here to help you craft a timeline that allows room for you to take it all in.
I've been to almost 40 countries, slept in a tent in Africa for 2 months, spent 5 days hiking through the Vietnam jungles to see the world's largest cave, dove the Great Barrier Reef, hiked in Iceland to see erupting volcanos, taken a boat deep into the Peruvian Amazon, ridden in a small plane over the glaciers in New Zealand, and so much more. Not only will I help you plan the adventure elopement of your dreams, but I will make it feel easy, because I know exactly what to prepare you for.
"Shannon is an incredible photographer that is extremely skilled in transforming your ideas for one of the the biggest days of your life into stunning visuals that will leave you absolutely speechless. But she is also so much more than that - she is a compassionate, caring witness to these intimate moments and an endlessly supportive and prepared person to have by your side during what can be highly emotional and stressful days. Shannon photographed both my elopement and wedding party, and my wife and I are so grateful for her willingness to curate the exact styles and visions we wanted for these days. I would recommend her to anyone!"
For weddings, every collection includes a second photographer so that we can capture every important moment that takes place (even before you see your partner!). For most weddings, my husband Eric is my partner in crime. We're in love, love love, and are pros at documenting love. It's kind of a dream, not going to lie.
